Job summary

Hawk Hiring is recruiting a Service & Diagnostic Specialist for the main dealer workshop in Worthing. You will perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and electronic fault-finding across the full VAG lineup.

Training includes Official VAG manufacturer pathways, plus Hybrid & EV certifications, with a clear mentorship focus and mobile career progression within a family-owned automotive group.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, or electronic diagnostics.
• Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into a certified Diagnostic Specialist.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Perform electronic fault-finding across the full VAG lineup.
• MOT preparation and hybrid/EV maintenance.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)
• Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£300 - £600+ typical extra per month)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)
