Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Service Operations Support in Cambourne to ensure efficient administration of service operations and handling of customs documents for the field service team. The role blends admin duties with some inventory management and requires strong MS Office and SAP ERP experience.

You will work within the Business Operations Team to support day-to-day activities, reconcile VAT documentation, and coordinate with carriers and brokers to secure missing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile import docs and VAT records (C79, C88, invoices).
• Coordinate with delivery companies and customs brokers for missing docs.
• Ensure correct importer of record and import VAT allocation.
• Find and correct misallocated import entries.
• Generate monthly stock reports for engineers.
