Job summary

BRE is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage a team delivering BREEAM products such as BREEAM In-Use and the BREEAM Store. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee purchases, invoicing and order fulfilment, and help grow revenue through efficient operations.

The role is hybrid with two in-office days weekly at Watford or Glasgow, and occasional travel. You should bring proven leadership, strong process knowledge and excellent stakeholder management to a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, motivating and managing team performance.
• Experience in operational, business support or administration.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing and supplier management.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage BREEAM In-Use cost proposals, registrations and credit management.
• Oversee BREEAM Store operations and supplier relationships.
• Support procurement, purchasing, invoicing and admin processes.
• Analyse performance data and report to the Operations Manager.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and per quality procedures.
• Support QA and ISO compliance and work with stakeholders.
