Job summary

Honeycomb is seeking a Service Administrator to join a well-established construction company in Castledawson. You will be the key point of contact for customers and will coordinate engineer schedules, supporting the daily operations of the service department.

The role requires experience in administration or coordination, strong IT skills, and excellent communication. Monday to Friday hours with free on-site parking and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding maintenance and repair requests, arranging appointments, and coordinating workloads with internal engineers.
• Maintain and update the company's internal management system, ensuring customer records are accurate, documentation is correctly filed, and payments are recorded and processed.
• Allocating work orders to subcontractors when required, assisting with timesheet queries, and supporting route planning to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaising with internal teams to maintain effective communication and ensure the smooth delivery of daily service operations.
• Demonstrating strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
