Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Crewe is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Repairs and Maintenance team within the Guinness Property Team. This permanent role is 40 hours per week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday morning rota.

We operate a hybrid model blending office, on-site and home working to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service across our housing stock in Crewe and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Trade NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• NVQ III First Line Management desirable or equivalent.
• Experience in social housing repairs and safety legislation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead area-based operational team delivering quality responsive repairs.
• Manage and support the repairs/maintenance delivery to tenants.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and performance.
• Champion customer-focused service and compliance with safety standards.
