Job summary

Seriously Connected Limited is seeking a Service Manager to lead our packaging machinery service operation in the South West of the UK. You will combine people leadership with technical problem solving to shape service delivery and drive profitability.

You’ll oversee installations, commissioning and aftercare, while developing the team and ensuring a high standard of customer service for food manufacturers reliant on reliable equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service, engineering support or commissioning teams within machinery or industrial equipment.
• Packaging or food processing industry experience is advantageous.
• Ability to support engineers, take ownership of customer issues and monitor service performance and profitability.
