The role focuses on ensuring high-speed packaging machines are efficiently maintained and operated. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience with electro-mechanical machinery.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of packaging machines.
• Install, commission, and oversee new machines.
• Proactively monitor and maintain machine performance.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Skills

Experience in installing electro-mechanical machinery

Knowledge of PLCs and Mechatronic systems

Customer-oriented work style

Willingness to travel

Lean and Six Sigma experience
