Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a 12-bed residential service in Pontefract, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will ensure safe, compliant day-to-day running and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will manage a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, maintain CQC compliance and build strong relationships with families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to deliver safe, high-quality person-centred care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 12-bed residential service, ensuring safe day-to-day operation.
• Maintain compliant care plans, risk assessments and PBS plans.
• Oversee staffing rotas, recruitment, induction, training and appraisals.
