Domus Recruitment is seeking a Registered Service Manager for a residential service in the West Midlands. You will lead a dedicated team to provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires Level 3 Health and Social Care, strong leadership and budgeting experience. A discretionary annual bonus, generous leave, life cover and wellbeing benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Registered Manager or Service Manager in residential or supported living services.
• Strong background supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, including complex needs.
• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide strong, visible leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the residential service.
• Promote person-centred support enabling individuals to maximise independence and personal goals.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of people supported and staff team.
• Lead, motivate and develop the staff team in a positive working environment.
• Ensure the service meets all CQC regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance, audits, care planning, risk assessments and service improvement plans.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are used effectively.
• Ensure accurate reporting and effective management of operational information.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for the overall performance and development of the service.
