Job summary

Enable is seeking a Service Manager in Argyll and Bute to lead our Supported Living Services, ensuring high-quality care and a fulfilling life for the people we support. You will lead local Team Facilitators, develop strong relationships with families and Social Care professionals, and drive inclusion through Self Directed Support principles.

A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required to enable flexible, community-based delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• Understanding Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 essential.
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop local teams to improve service quality.
• Support Team Facilitators to manage frontline staff.
• Build and sustain partnerships with family, social care professionals, and commissioners.
