Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop our supported living services in Brighton, creating a positive, supportive and high-performing culture for the people we support and our teams.

You will work closely with an Area Manager and Regional Director to oversee two independent services and a small outreach service for working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and ASD.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Level 5 qualification desirable or currently pursued.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensure services operate safely and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support people with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and independence.
• Lead day-to-day operational management and ensure services are well-led and financially sustainable.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, families and external professionals to improve service quality.
• Travel locally as required with a valid UK driving licence.
