Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead an Adult Supported Living Service. You will drive the development of services, ensure high-quality outcomes, manage the team, and oversee contracts, finance, and safety.

A DBS check is required, and a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification is preferred. You will lead a committed team, promote community access for service users, and deliver personalised support to adults with ASC to help them live independently as valued

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care settings with evidenced positive outcomes.
• Ability to deliver highly personalised service to adults with autism spectrum conditions.
• Ideally hold Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or be willing to obtain it on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to develop the overall quality of the service and person-centred approaches.
• Provide regular supervisions, guidance and direction to the team.
• Oversee contract management, finance, health and safety, and staffing.
• Encourage community access and active participation to increase independence.
