Job summary

Shaw healthcare is recruiting a proven Service Manager for our 24 bedded home Cwm Celyn Nursing Home which provides specialist care for people with complex mental health needs.

You will lead the service, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop staff while delivering person-centred care. This role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £49,216.47, plus extensive benefits including 35 days annual leave and employee ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with a valid PIN.
• Experience managing a service of a similar size and client group.
• Understanding of CIW registrations and NMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.
• Be the person in charge with 24-hour responsibility for care of Service Users.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, occupancy and resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance frameworks are followed.
• Foster continuous quality improvement and meaningful activities.
