Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Swansea is seeking a Female Service Manager to lead two services and drive person-centred support. You’ll supervise a team, build relationships with stakeholders, and translate our vision into daily practice.
The role requires leadership, flexibility for weekend shifts and sleep-ins, and a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or progress towards it). A driver’s license and car are beneficial for transport needs.

£34,416.57paand our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

As Female Service Manager you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of twoservices as well as proactively engaging with the continued development of the service.You’ll provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to provide quality, person centred support to the people we support. You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action.
You’ll carry out frequent reviews of the support requirements provided, including service delivery plans, support plans, progress log and risk assessments following the principles and practices of person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support.You’ll manage a team of support workers with responsibility for all aspects of team management and development as well as encouraging and coaching them to creatively problem solve and develop.
Above all else your focus will be on achieving the highest levels of support and independence for the people we support to make everyday remarkable.
