Ewloe, Flintshire
37 hour contract.30 hours will be hands on support work and 7 hours will be supporting the Service Manager in admin duties. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins.
£29,149.91pa and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to provide a safe, caring and person-centred service for the people we support and our colleagues. You'll be a visible, hands-on member of the team, providing support that reflects the individual needs, wishes and aspirations of the people we support. You'll work shifts on a rota basis, which may include sleep-ins.
In the absence of the Service Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, providing leadership and support to the team and helping to maintain high standards of care and practice. This may include supporting one-to-ones, appraisals, team meetings and monitoring performance.
You'll enjoy building positive relationships with the people we support, colleagues and wider stakeholders, putting our vision and values into action to deliver a first-class service. Above all, your focus will be on helping people achieve the highest levels of independence, while providing and modelling support in an innovative, person-centred and flexible way to make everyday remarkable.
