Job summary

Change Grow Live Stockton is recruiting a Service Manager to lead the Stockton service within a trauma-informed, person-centred care system. You will provide strategic and operational direction, working with clinicians, team leaders and wider partners to deliver safe, effective care across the borough.

This senior role requires a values-driven, compassionate leader who can manage governance, performance and budget considerations while enabling staff development and system-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing community, criminal-justice or substance-misuse services.
• A track record of delivering high-quality services across diverse or complex localities.
• Experience establishing or leading multi-site hubs or service models.
• Confident oversight of contracted services, delivery systems and partnership arrangements.
• Strong capability in change management and collaborative leadership.
• Skilled senior-level partnership working and relationship building.
• Robust knowledge of performance frameworks, data systems and quality processes.
• Proven management of budgets over £2 million.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Service Manager to lead our Stockton service, playing a pivotal role in shaping safe, effective and inclusive care across the borough. This is a senior leadership role within a complex, multi-disciplinary system. You will provide clear strategic and operational leadership, working closely with clinicians, team leaders, shared-care partners, community pharmacies and wider system partners to deliver excellent outcomes for people who access our services.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: Stockton

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will hold responsibility for governance, performance, risk and regulatory compliance — creating clarity, accountability and the conditions for your teams to thrive.
