Change Grow Live is seeking Recovery Coordinators to support individuals in the opiate team in Stockton-on-Tees. This part-time role (22.5 hours a week) offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, conduct assessments, and deliver psychosocial interventions alongside prescribing clinicians.
You will help people on their recovery journey, promote access to housing, education and healthcare, and work closely with GPs, social care, and probation to coordinate care. DBS check will apply.

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Recovery Coordinators to join our team, supporting individuals affected by substance misuse on their recovery journey within our Opiate team.

Hours: Part time, 22.5 per week
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
