Job summary

Lloyd South Lakes Volvo & Kia in Levens is seeking two Service Team Leaders to support our Volvo and Kia Aftersales teams. You will lead the Service Advisor team and drive performance.

The role requires automotive service advisory experience, IT literacy (Kerridge advant.), a full UK driving licence, and a base salary of £31,000 plus bonus for 42.5 hours per week. Excellent benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Proactive approach to customer service.
• Able to influence the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service Advisor team with day-to-day oversight.
• Maximise ENV and CDW opportunities to support Aftersales performance.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors on upselling opportunities and EVHCs.
• Manage the service diary effectively and allocate appointments.
• Monitor KPIs, daily targets and Green Days and take action as needed.
• Provide cover on the front desks when required.
• Oversee warranty claims and ensure they are processed efficiently.
• Drive customer satisfaction and follow up on feedback.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Team Leader to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd South Lakes Volvo & Kia retailer based in Levens.

We are currently looking to appoint two Service Team Leaders, one to support our Volvo team and one to support our Kia team.

Salary: Basic salary £31,000 + Bonus

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service Advisor team, providing guidance and day-to-day oversight.
• Maximise ENV and CDW opportunities to support Aftersales performance.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors on upselling opportunities and EVHCs.
• Manage the service diary effectively, ensuring appointments are planned and allocated efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs, daily targets and Green Days, taking action where required to maintain performance.
• Provide cover on the front desks when required, supporting the wider Aftersales team.
• Oversee and support warranty claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Help drive and maintain strong Customer NPS results through excellent customer service.
• Complete customer follow-up calls, ensuring feedback is captured and any issues are resolved promptly.

An ideal Service Team Leader will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experienced as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
