Making Space is seeking a Support Worker to provide compassionate care for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will give personal care, assist with domestic tasks, and support medication administration, in a warm, values-driven environment.
No prior industry experience required; on-the-job training is provided with opportunities to pursue professional qualifications. 35 hours per week at £13.12 per hour, with varied shifts from 7:30am to 9:30pm, plus benefits and progression.

Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 35 hours weekly working various shifts between 7:30am - 9:30pm, 3/4 days per week including working 2 in 3 weekends, It's important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
