Ashdown Care in the Northeast is seeking a Service Manager (Supported Living) to oversee three established services in South Tyneside and to mobilise a brand-new fourth service. You will lead staff teams, manage rotas, quality, safeguarding and risk, while supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

You'll take overall responsibility for three established supported living services across South Tyneside, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or additional complex needs to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll also lead the mobilisation of a brand-new fourth service in South Tyneside, due to go live shortly - building the staff team from the ground up, establishing effective systems and ways of working, and shaping its culture and standards from the very beginning. You’ll be supported throughout by an experienced wider management and senior leadership team.
