Job summary

TWX Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Aftermarket Service Manager – Engineering to lead its service team across the UK and overseas, delivering maintenance, installation and retrofit projects.

The role offers £40,000–£45,000 plus bonus and a company car or allowance, a 4.5-day week with flexible hours, and clear career progression within a growing engineering business.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management or engineering project delivery.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, installation or fabrication.
• Background in oil and gas, power generation, heavy engineering or similar.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to undertake offshore training and travel.

Are you an experienced engineering professional looking for more responsibility, greater variety and genuine career progression?

We're working with a successful, growing engineering business looking for an Aftermarket Service Manager to lead its service team, manage technical projects and support major industrial customers across the UK and overseas.

The Role

• Lead and coordinate field service engineers and technicians
• Manage maintenance, installation and retrofit projects
• Oversee quotations, site surveys, scheduling and technical support
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
