Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK and international sites, working on specialist process equipment and control systems. The role combines hands-on engineering with commissioning, fault finding and customer interaction, with full training provided to broaden technical capabilities.

The Opportunity

A growing engineering business is looking for a Field Service Engineers to join its team, working on specialist process equipment and industrial control systems across the UK and internationally.

This is a varied role combining hands-on engineering, commissioning, fault finding and customer interaction. Candidates with a background in electrical, mechanical or control systems engineering will be considered, with full training provided to develop your skills across the wider equipment and systems.

You’ll take ownership of your work, manage site activities and build customer relationships while working on bespoke engineering solutions.

Willingness to travel extensively is essential. Expect to spend around 70 to 80% of your time away from home, including international travel, overnight stays and occasional short-notice trips.

Key Responsibilities

• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• A full UK driving licence and valid passport.
• A willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK and internationally is essential.
