Job summary

TWX Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver bespoke, high-value projects across industrial sectors including oil & gas and power generation. A genuine long-term career opportunity exists, working alongside a senior PM ahead of retirement.

The role requires 3–5+ years in engineering/manufacturing project management, strong mechanical knowledge, and qualifications such as ONC/HNC and PRINCE2/APM. Salary £40,000–£42,000 with a 4.5-day week and flexible working.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' project management experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge including fabrication and welding.
• Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or above).
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Control project budgets, timescales and deliverables.
