JCT600 Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Audi Lincoln service department, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll work with the Head of Business to run a smooth, profitable operation and coach a skilled workshop team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent people skills, and a solid understanding of service operations, with a focus on compliance and high quality service.

Service Manager – Audi Lincoln

Location: Lincoln

Salary: Competitive plus bonus

As a Service Manager at JCT600, you’ll lead from the front—driving performance, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience. Working closely with the Head of Business, you’ll oversee the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the service department.

As a Service Manager Your Day-to-day Will Include
