JCT600 Ltd. is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor for the Audi brand in Lincoln. You will engage customers in the showroom, present vehicles confidently, and drive test drives to showcase features and benefits. The role rewards performance with a target-driven environment and an earnings potential of £42,500 OTE.

Sales Customer Advisor - Audi

Salary: £42,500 OTE

Location: Lincoln

As a Sales Customer Advisor Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
• Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.

• A confident, results-focused salesperson.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
• Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
• Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
