Job summary

Octane Recruitment in Leeds is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a large service department in a franchised dealership. You will oversee technicians, advisers, administration, parts and drivers to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, strong leadership, and a full UK driving license. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a company car; OTE £70k DOE and qualifications. Monday–Friday, 40 hours with Saturdays on a rota.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager at a main/franchised dealership.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license.
