Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a full UK driving license and 5+ years’ experience managing a large franchise dealership, ready to take the next step in their career.

The role offers a salary up to £50,000 basic plus bonus, a company car and realistic OTE of around £70k, a Monday–Friday 40-hour week with Saturday rota, and clear opportunities for progression within a leading main dealer group.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5+ years experience as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager at a main/franchised dealership.
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a service department with technicians, service advisors, administration, parts department and drivers.
• Drive customer service and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee department budgets and spend.
• Lead, train and develop the service team.
