Job summary

Cygnet Hawkstone in Bradford, West Yorkshire, seeks a Service Manager to lead a specialist residential service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is full-time (Mon-Fri) with on-call duties to support the service.

You should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or be willing to pursue it), demonstrate strong staff management, and be familiar with CQC and MHCA regulations. Salary up to £48,200 pa with progression and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Learning Disabilities, Autism or challenging behaviours.
• Outstanding staff management and organisation skills.
• Familiarity with CQC, the Mental Health Capacity Act and relevant regulations.
• Good presentation and report writing skills.
• Level 5 Leadership Diploma or willingness to work towards one.
