Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Consultant in Service Management Transformation to help modernise clients' service management capabilities through cloud technologies, AI adoption and automated operations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams delivering assessments, transformation programmes and continual service improvements across industries.

The role blends operating model design, ITIL practices and observability with hands-on delivery, workshops and client engagements, within Capgemini's Cloud

Qualifications

• Experience applying ITIL concepts in service management transformations and operational change.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operations and modern AIOps trends is desirable.
• Experience in assessments, maturity reviews or tooling evaluations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver service management transformation initiatives, including operating model improvements and governance enhancements.
• Contribute to service assessments, maturity and tooling evaluations with actionable recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled capabilities across service management, including automation and knowledge management.
• Develop and implement observability, monitoring and intelligent alerting in client environments.
• Assist Cloud & Digital Operations to enable cloud adoption and operational resilience.
• Collaborate with Capgemini teams to deliver transformation activities and workshops.
• Analyze service performance data to identify continual improvement opportunities.
