Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Service Senior Consultant to join our Cloud Advisory capability within Business Technology. You will lead design and delivery of service management transformations, align to ITIL v4, DevOps and Agile, and help clients move to hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.

You will build proposals, contribute to bids and propositions, mentor teams, and champion AI-enabled automation to drive value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Service Management frameworks aligned to ITIL v4.
• Ability to generate business cases and contribute to commercial processes.
• Proven track record delivering advisory engagements and leading teams.
• Experience managing cloud centres of excellence and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of service management capabilities and operating models aligned to ITIL v4 and Agile.
• Guide modernisation, integration, and optimisation of multi-vendor ITSM tooling.
• Define actionable cloud transition roadmaps from on‑premise to hybrid/multi‑cloud.
• Champion AI-enabled automation within service management designs and processes.
• Contribute to practice development and business growth.
