- Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues.
- Following planned work schedules to achieve first-time fixes, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
- Delivering high-quality work standards across the estate, with continuous improvement year on year.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders through communication.
- Collaborating closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.

- Managing your own monthly 1-2-1 schedule with your line manager.

- Utilizing business systems for WON reporting to support asset lifecycle management.
- Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating values-led behaviors, a positive attitude, and pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
- Attending local and national meetings, providing input and feedback.
- Supporting KPI delivery through practical skills and effective use of business systems.
- Promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
You will be responsible for:- Ensuring safety and functionality across Tesco sites.

You will need:- A full driving license.
- Awareness of health & safety practices.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Completed relevant technical training or upskilling modules.
- Skills in installing and repairing underground storm/foul pipework, sanitary ware, water systems, and extending pipework.
- Recognition through an apprenticeship, improver program, or trade proficiency test preferred.
- Experience in drainage and plumbing, including repairs, lining, patching, dig-downs, unblocking, and CCTV surveys.
- WJA and Confined Spaces qualifications are desirable.
- Comfortable operating mobile devices and business systems.
