Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager for an extra care service in Huyton, England. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring safeguarding and CQC compliance while managing budgets and operations.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership and Management and prior CQC registration experience, with flexibility for hours and a supportive leadership environment. DBS paid and ongoing development are provided.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support worker across one extra care service in Huyton.

Our Support Needs & Challenges

You will be supporting adults within this extra care service with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, age related needs and dementia.

Our Shifts

Monday to Friday, Flexibility required to cover the needs of the service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and supporting staff (rotas, supervision, performance)

About You

• Be positive, proactive, and approachable
• Have experience developing and managing support plans
• Be committed to helping people feel part of their local community
• Feel comfortable using basic IT systems
• Good understanding and knowledge of CQC requirements
• Ideally been registered with CQC previously or must be willing to be CQC registered

Qualifications

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Must have the relevant experience, ideally have been registered with CQC before
