Job summary

Community Integrated Care is hiring for Support Workers in Fraserburgh. You will help people with day-to-day living in their own flats, supporting them to pursue personal goals and engage in activities they enjoy.

We value people from all backgrounds and offer training, PVG coverage, paid leave, pension, and progression opportunities while providing a supportive team and well-being support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social care is welcome but not required.
  • Strong values, reliability and compassion.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to live independently in their own flats.
  • Assist with daily activities and engage in hobbies the people enjoy.
  • Help with daily living tasks including cooking, medication administration and light housekeeping.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting 5 Adults in their own home with day to day life. The people we support are unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best life possible.

Our Shifts: 9-4pm/1-6pm/4-6pm/1-3pm and 24 hour sleepover shifts from 8am -8pm and 9am-9pm

Shift Requirement

We are currently recruiting for somebody to work across the hours above from monday - sunday

Contract

28-hour permanent contract

UK Driving License Required?

Preferred but not required

What You'll Be Doing

We support people to live their lives as independently as possible in their own flats. We are looking for people who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals.

In this service, the people we support enjoy Karaoke, Swimming, Cinema, Music, Football, Photoshoots, Gardening

Our Staff Are Very Busy And Provide Support With

  • Cooking and home maintenance
  • Positive behaviour support
  • Managing their finances
