You will train new colleagues, monitor daily procedures, and champion brand standards while maintaining exceptional food quality and customer care

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced catering environment would be an advantage.
• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift, manage and support colleagues, deploying staff to meet customer demand.
• Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and brand excellence.
• Ensure daily and weekly procedures are carried out and that company standards are maintained.
• Support training of new colleagues through their induction journey, refresher and any other relevant training.
