Pret A Manger in Gloucester is seeking a Shift Leader for Front of House to coach the team, uphold Pret standards and deliver exceptional service. You will lead by example, manage shifts and ensure food safety and safety checks are followed.

The role emphasises teamwork, practical leadership and clear communication between kitchen and FOH to meet business needs and guest expectations. Hospitality/retail experience is welcome for daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach the team to reach their potential.
• Lead by example and be hands-on when required.
• Assign duties amongst team members to match productivity and current responsibilities.
• Coach the team with regular feedback and praise.
• Lead the Speed of Service principles and ensure 6 Points of Service are followed.
• Ensure Marketplace orders are prepared promptly and accurately.
