Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking an experienced Health & Social Care leader to join us as Service Lead for our North Lanarkshire transitional housing support services. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week) involves leading a dedicated team, delivering high-quality, person-centred support and reporting to the Associate Director.

You will drive service development and collaborate with colleagues to share best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Health & Social Care teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of Lead Practitioners and Support Practitioners.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.
• Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensure the people we support are empowered to achieve their goals and independence.
• Collaborate with other Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch.
