Job summary

Cornerstone Housing & Support in North Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Service Lead to guide a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred support for young people in transitional housing. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours) offers leadership, coaching, and opportunities to shape service improvement and on-call duties.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will develop your leadership skills, manage Registered Manager responsibilities, and work with families,

Qualifications

• Experience leading Health & Social Care teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate others and create a positive team culture.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Lead Practitioners and Support Practitioners
• Drive continuous improvement across the service
• Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred support
• Ensure the people we support are empowered to achieve their goals and independence
• Take on Registered Manager responsibilities
• Collaborate with other Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch to share learning and best practice
