Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Service Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across Ripley, Nottingham and Long Eaton. This full-time role (39 hours) offers a salary of £27,310 per year and opportunities to lead staff, drive person-centred care, and maintain high standards of service.

You will manage teams, participate in on-call rotas, contribute to care planning and reviews, and ensure safe medication procedures while supporting service users to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence; mileage expenses are claimable when travelling between services.
• Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities in a supported living or enabling environment.
• A strong commitment to the principles of community-based care.
• An understanding of the social, personal, physical, occupational and leisure needs of adults with learning disabilities.
• Knowledge and understanding of supporting people with learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, and complex needs.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a care and support setting.

Due to an increase in service delivery hours, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Service Lead to join our team, supporting services across the Ripley, Nottingham and Long Eaton areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support. As a Service Lead, you will act as a role model for support staff, providing leadership and guidance while overseeing the day-to-day operation of supported living services.
