Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking a talented IT Service Management professional to own end-to-end service integration and performance across a portfolio of supplier-delivered IT services in London, with flexible homeworking options.

The role concentrates on cross-supplier governance, service reviews and executive reporting, holding providers to commitments and ensuring consistent service outcomes across regions and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Background in SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
• ITIL.
• Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable.

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services delivered by multiple suppliers and providers, ensuring consistent delivery, control and accountability across multiple suppliers and regions.

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package
