Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a proactive Service Improvement Officer to support quality improvements within our operational teams and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement improvement plans that enhance service delivery and training for branch teams.

Travel is required across the region (two days per week) with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in audits, implementing improvement plans, and providing training and support is advantageous.
• High standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance are expected.
