Make quality count
At Comfort Care Services, quality is more than compliance. It is about ensuring the people we support receive safe, effective and outstanding care every day.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who spots what others miss, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting every detail right. If you are organised, analytical and ready to take ownership, this could be your next career move.
You will travel across our services to carry out audits, identify improvements and help teams maintain high standards. Back in our Slough or Hillingdon office, you will turn findings into clear reports, track actions and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Your experience may come from Quality Assurance, Compliance, Auditing, Governance or a similar quality-focused role. Health and social care experience is welcome, but full training will be provided.
A sharp eye for detail, strong IT and report-writing skills, and a proactive approach. You will learn quickly, communicate confidently, work well with others and remain focused when priorities are busy and demanding. A full UK driving licence and regular travel between services are essential.
Comfort Care Services is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be required to complete safer recruitment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and Right to Work verification.
