Key Responsibilities - Service Engineer
- Accountable for providing first-line technical support to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Responsible for conducting regular maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Takes ownership of responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs.
- Provides direction on establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering expert advice and support.
- Holds overall responsibility for maintaining accurate service records and preparing detailed reports on system performance.
Skills and experience - Service Engineer
- Brings certification in relevant fire and security systems with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of security and/or fire industry products and applications.
- Holds strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Comes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally also familiar with the latest industry technologies.
- Holds a valid UK driving license and relevant trade cards such as ECS or IPAF/PASMA.
