The successful candidate will maintain and service fire and security systems, keep detailed records, and build strong relationships with clients while applying industry standards and training provided by

Qualifications

• Solid fire and/or security industry background.
• Valid UK driving licence and relevant trade cards (ECS/IPAF/PASMA).
• Good communication skills and awareness of current industry technology.
• Certified in relevant fire and security systems with at least 2 years in the industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate service records and reports on system performance.
• Provide first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving client issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with expert advice and support.
• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems to industry standards.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs.

Our client is an accredited fire and security systems provider, well established with over 30 years in the industry. Due to growth, they're adding a permanent Service Engineer to their team, covering North London and parts of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
