Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Dartford is seeking an experienced Service Executive to be the main contact for customers, coordinating service processes and delivering exceptional service throughout the journey. You will liaise with technicians to relay accurate repair details and estimates, while maintaining thorough records and adhering to brand standards.

The role offers 45 hours per week at an OTE of up to £41,000, with pay progression after completing C-Service Training and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an aftersales role within a busy automotive department.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with multi-tasking in high-pressure environments.
• Clear and effective communicator with rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and service management software.
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Manage service appointment scheduling and vehicle check-in processes.
• Liaise with technicians and service teams to provide accurate time estimates and repair details to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on service and repair options.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, and maintain customer records.
• Adhere to Mercedes-Benz service standards and guidelines.
• Present and sell additional repairs to customers.
