Job summary

Hedin Automotive Mercedes-Benz Croydon is seeking a STAR Expert to welcome customers, present the latest Mercedes-Benz technology, and guide show attendees through the showroom journey with confidence and flair.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to handover, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up across a 7-day soft-working pattern.

As a STAR Expert, you'll be the face of Mercedes-Benz, helping customers discover the innovative features, technology, and benefits of our vehicles while creating memorable showroom experiences.

Package circa £33K OTE 45hrs per week across a 7 day soft working pattern

We're keen to hear from individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive, retail, hospitality, or a premium customer service environment.
• Are confident presenting products and demonstrating features in an engaging way.
• Have a proactive, positive, and professional approach.
• Are quick to learn technical information and able to explain it clearly to customers.
• Hold the right to work in the UK.
• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

As a STAR Expert, you will:
