Ernest Gordon Recruitment are supporting an aerospace business in Burgess Hill to recruit a Service Engineer specialising in Flight Simulators. The role offers highly autonomous work, a salary of £40,000-£50,000, 4 on 4 off days, plus comprehensive training and clear progression pathways.

Are you a Service Engineer, with prior experience working on both Hydraulics and Pneumatics, looking for a highly autonomous role boasting flexible working hours, joining a leading aerospace business, working on state of the art flight simulators?

In this role, you will be responsible for the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, and with training, you will eventually diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system faults. You will work with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar, who has previous experience working with Hydraulics and Pneumaticswith alongside a background in the aviation sector r a related field, looking to progress their career.
