Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting a leading aerospace business to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for state-of-the-art flight simulators based in Reading. The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus a 4 on 4 off pattern, training and progression within a family-friendly environment.

You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and receive full internal training on advanced simulators as part of a growing aviation team.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer, from an aviation background, looking for a highly autonomous role with flexible working hours, within a leading aerospace business working on state of the art flight simulator?

In this role, you will be responsible for the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, and with training, you will eventually diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system faults. You will work with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
