Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to service advanced Security Systems across a defined geographic region. You will deliver high-quality customer service with strong technical knowledge and adhere to safety and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Service advanced Security Systems including Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while following industry standards.
• Anticipate and resolve issues to prevent service interruptions.
• Complete engineer work reports and certificates as required.

As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in servicing advanced Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems. You will deliver top-notch customer service while adhering to industry standards, armed with exceptional technical knowledge. How You Will Do It:

• Deliver outstanding Customer Service that exceeds expectations, forging strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Service devices with care, ensuring a safe and responsible working environment to prevent injuries, property damage, and wasted materials.
• Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Accurately complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates, or checklists as required.

What We Look For:

Essential:

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry
• Valid driving license
• Capability to lift and climb ladders
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred:

• Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC
• Experience with Genetec and C.Cure systems
