We’re looking for a talentedService Engineerto join our team and provide exceptional support forAricode Continuous Inkjet Printing Systems. This is an exciting office-based role offering the opportunity to work with advanced printing technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aricode Continuous Inkjet Printing Systems.
• Diagnose, service, and repair equipment remotely, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Collaborate with the global service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical advice regarding inkjet printing systems.
• Assist with software updates and maintenance tasks for Aricode printers.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with continuous inkjet printing systems is preferable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of electro mechanical fluidic systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and service software.
• A problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• A positive attitude and a team player willing to learn and grow with the company.
