About the role: Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst - to £30,000 (DOE), Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
This position is with a multi-million family-run business where core values are central to their staff. They seek an experienced Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst with at least 12 months of experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, supporting both internal and external customers, as well as infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities include: Resolving incidents, user queries, and faults via ticketing systems to SLA standards, escalating cases when necessary, troubleshooting hardware issues, and resolving software problems. Knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policies, and ideally Windows Server is required. Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, verbal communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with on-call rota.
This role offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 (DOE), free parking, and excellent benefits. The position is commutable from Halifax, Bradford, Brighouse, Keighley, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, and surrounding areas.
